Baked chicken breast in a fresh tomato, olive and basil Sicilian caponata topped with bocconcini and caper berries on organic quinoa and zoodles with steamed broccoli and wilted baby spinach. (Vegetarian/vegan option served with Sicilian eggplant caponata)
Dessert: Berry, banana and yoghurt mess topped with toasted muesli.
