Warm herb roasted lamb and balsamic-glazed haloumi on a salad of artisan leaves, organic quinoa, roast beetroot, orange, roast carrots, cucumber and mint topped with toasted pumpkin seeds and tahini apple cider vinaigrette. (Vegetarian option served with spiced chickpeas and halloumi). Honey roast banana chia pudding for dessert.

Baked chicken breast in a fresh tomato, olive and basil Sicilian caponata topped with bocconcini and caper berries on your choice of penne or low carb zucchini with steamed broccoli and wilted baby spinach.
