Vegetarian/Vegan option served with tofu.

Japanese sticky soy glazed beef eye fillet on organic red quinoa and a whopping load of greens – baby greens, broccoli, shaved zucchini, and edamame. Topped with spring onions, red chilies, toasted sesame seeds and a pot of miso broth. Sara Lee chocolate cake topped with hundreds and thousands for a ‘revisit childhood’ dessert!

Tuesday - 19 June 2018 Honey Mustard Lamb, Pumpkin and Feta Salad

Vegetarian/vegan option served with spiced baked falafel.

Baked lamb with a honey-mustard crust on a salad of colourful baby chard, roast pumpkin, celery, roast cauliflower, shaved beetroot, heirloom tomatoes and mint topped with feta, roasted almonds and caramelized balsamic dressing. Bite sized Oreo cheesecake for dessert.

Wednesday - 20 June 2018 Smoky Paprika Chicken with Chipotle Hummus

Vegetarian option served with smoky paprika lentil and vegetable patties.

Smoky paprika baked chicken breast on a bed of wilted kale, freekeh, braised cabbage, currants, grape tomatoes, eggplant and broccoli, topped with jalapenos and chipotle hummus. Seasonal fruit cup for dessert.

Thursday - 21 June 2018 Ginger-Coconut Barramundi

Vegetarian/vegan option served with baked coconut pumpkin.

Baked Barramundi infused with a south-east Asian herbs and spices on a base of brown rice with steamed bok choi, broccoli, snow peas and shaved green papaya. Topped with a fragrant ginger broth, coriander and spring onions. Banana, smashed berry, and Greek yoghurt mess topped with crumble for dessert.
